Headquartered in Houston, Texas, The Emery Company recruits high-caliber talent and provides an array of staffing solutions to help organizations achieve their short-term and/or long-range objectives. Formed in 2014, we are a privately held small business serving private sector and government clients.

The Problem - Recruiting Models that Don’t Work
Over the years, we’ve watched the recruiting and staffing industry evolve into one that has become less personal and more anonymous, especially with the continuous rapid advance of technology. The recruiting industry drifted away from the personal touch and turned to a “fast as possible” method of conducting business that statistics consistently show is not productive and does not work.

PEMAQUID POINT, MAINE (1827)
Pemaquid Point was the first lighthouse ever to appear on U.S. currency when Maine residents voted to use its image on the quarter in the 50 State issue. Located on bedrock that dates back hundreds of millions of years, the historic tower was also featured as a possible background in Windows 7. Like Emery, years of experience are built into this lighthouse with a rock solid foundation.
